On February 01, 2012,Kilimo Trust officially launched its rebranded website. The occasion was presided over by Mr Laurence Cockcroft of the Gatsby Foundation in the UK.
On 1st December 2011, Kilimo Trust inaugurated it new Board of Trustees for the Third Triennium of the Trust (2011 – 2014).
The Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Trust, provides states a Board of Trustees consisting of eight (8) persons, including three (3) Permanent Trustees and five (5) Co-opted Trustees". The co-opted trustees are appointed for a term of three years or less renewable only for another term.
