2. The Government of Uganda - Ministry of Finance - has supported Kilimo Trust by waiving Corporate Tax.

3. The East African Community Secretariat , has an MoU with Kilimo Trust, which solidifies the Regional Mandate of the Trust.

4. The Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI) of Republic of Rwanda signed an MoU with the Trust since July 2011, enabling the Trust to work with NAEB, RAB, and other programmes in Rwanda
