Kilimo Trust (KT) is an independent regional agricultural development organization - working on agriculture for development across the EACRegion and it is Headquartered inUganda. Kilimo Trust is also registered in Tanzania and operates an office in Dodoma Town, located in Area D Kiraracha Street. The core business of KT is to support the transformation of food and nutrition security in the EAC Regionaway fromhigh-risksubsistencefarmingintolowerrisktrade-basedsystems.
2) TheAssignment:
Kilimo Trust Tanzania seeks Interested local service providers for the establishment of a long-term Agreement for provision of security service and Provision of Staff Lunch for its office located at Area D Kiraracha Street in Dodoma, Tanzania.

4) Requirement:
The call is open to all legally registered companies with operational offices in Dodoma Town -
Tanzania.
5) Interested vendors should submit the following.
i) Evidence of being in the business for a five-year period
ii) Copies of 2 previous contracts/orders from at least two NGOs or reputable organizations.
iii) 3 reference letters from their clients
iv) Tax Clearance Certificate
v) Certificate of Incorporation.

6) Mode of Application
All Interested Vendors must submit online to procurement@kilimotrust.org
their Expression of Interest (EoI), Financial Proposal, two reference letters from their clients,
Copy of the Trading License, and a Valid TRA Tax clearance certificate by the
25th February 2026 before 3:00pm. The Prospective vendor / firm MUST clearly indicates
in the subject the CODE or CODES and the ITEM or ITEMS they are applying for in the
Email Subject.
