Project Goal: Improved agri-food systems value chains by enhancing innovations and technologies in marketing, post-harvest management and value addition among targeted vegetable farming households in Arusha and Manyara regions.
Specific Objectives:
- To Accelerate adoption of improved seeds, technologies, and innovations in order to ease the access and availability of seeds and seedlings to farmers
- To improve the vegetable marketing and use of structure markets, including the introduction of technologies and practices to reduce post-harvest losses
- To improve nutrition through diet diversification and enhancing accessibility of nutrient-rich vegetables
