1. About Kilimo Trust:
Kilimo Trust (KT) is an independent Regional agricultural development organization - working on agriculture for development across the EAC Region. It is registered in the Republic of Uganda and has country offices in Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania., and it implements projects across all EAC Partner States. The core business of KT is to support the transformation of food and nutrition security in the EAC Region away from high-risk subsistence farming into lower risk trade-based systems.
Kilimo Trust, in strategic partnership with the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), TradeMark Af-rica, Lattice Aquaculture, and MicroSave Consulting with the funding from the Mastercard Foundation is implementing the WYEEFIMA Project in Tanzania with the aims to enhance cross-border trade in fish and fish products for and by women and youth, thereby strengthening their participation in inclusive and sus-tainable fisheries value chains.
2. The Assignment
We invite quotations from locally registered companies for the supply and delivery of the items listed in the table below. Interested bidders must demonstrate their capacity and ability to deliver the required goods in accordance with the specifications and timelines provided in this Request for Quotation.

3. Requirements.
This call is open to all legally registered companies in Tanzania. Interested vendors are required to submit the following:
a) Evidence of having been in business for at least five (5) years
b) Copies of two (2) previous contracts or purchase orders from at least two NGOs
c) Three (3) reference letters from clients
d) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or TIN Certificate
e) Certificate of Incorporation
f) Company Profile
g) Detailed price list for the goods offered, quoted in local currency
4. Mode of Application.
All interested vendors must submit, in one complete application package, via email to procurement@kilimotrust.org, their Expression of Interest (EoI), Financial Proposal, three reference letters from clients, a copy of the Trading License, a copy of the TIN Certificate issued by TRA, and the Company Profile no later than Friday, 8th May 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
