Elias Muhikambele brings extensive experience in agricultural development and inclusive economic growth across East Africa. With a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, he has dedicated his career to strengthening value chains and creating opportunities for smallholder farmers and fishing communities.

Throughout his career, Elias has collaborated with leading development organizations including CAMFED, Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania, and World Vision. His work has focused on enterprise development, helping to build more resilient and equitable agricultural and fisheries systems that benefit local communities.
