Human Resource Manager

 

Mr. Tasiku Fred Kato is an enthusiastic Human Resource Leader with over 14 years of experience leading Human Resources and Organizational Development initiatives for reputable Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) and corporate institutions in Uganda and around the East African region. He is a member of the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) and the INGO HR Group in Uganda, with extensive knowledge of labour and employment laws.

He holds a Master of Business Administration - Management from Uganda Martyrs University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration & Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
